Has been a great help with parcel collections and returns during the pandemic. Staff is always friendly and incredibly helpful.If you are only using them as a parcel service then be sure to support your local business by making a purchase when you use them!

Read a bunch of 1 star reviews about returning Hermes parcels and they couldn’t be more true. Bullied into buying unnecessary items just to return my parcel. Disgusting practice further highlighted by all these fake 5 star reviews. Fully recommend shoplifting here.

Very well stocked shop! Best one in town for spices and every day goods. Always open and reliable for last minute shopping. Very friendly shop owner , applying local discounts to regular buyers and always keen to help. Once he fixed the plug for my toothbrush for free. Hermes drop off service always very convenient to return parcels at any time of the day.

Always super friendly, and so quick to return parcels. Make sure you spend money in there when you use the returns machine because these guys don't make money from Hermes! Be nice and spread wealth :)

Best store ever! The owner is an absolute star, my phone was on 1% and was about to die, he charged it immediately! There was a problem with my Hermes shipping so he helped me sort it out very patiently despite how long it took! He even connected me to the wifi to speed things up - unlike any shop owner I've ever met before. 1000% recommend - whatever your needs are he will provide and make you laugh.

Don’t drop or collect a parcel here, the guy in the store tried to force me to buy something, telling me to shop small repeatedly using my full name to intimidate me. I’ve just moved to the area, and have made a couple of purchases from here before and this would have been my local shop, but unfortunately they’ve lost a customer and I’ll be going elsewhere. I’m 100% for shopping small, but not up for the intimidation.He also said Hermes don’t pay him anything, the Hermes website says they get paid for each parcel.

Great service and assistance from the man working there. He offered to repack my parcel properly and printout the necessary labels, so it can be sent to its destination efficiently and explained me the process clearly as it was my first time doing that. Really friendly and assistive. The shop also was very well equipped with all the essentials too.

I went to the shop earlier to return a parcel via Hermes and was utterly shocked at the intimidation and threats given by the shopkeeper.He bullies you into buying something if you return something and says that you won’t be allowed to make returns next time if you don’t buy.I couldn’t believe the situation when I left the shop. Only to check the reviews and see this isn’t even an isolated case!!All the 1 star reviews are absolutely right. It’s shocking that he’s been doing the same thing seemingly for a year now and Hermes hasn’t removed the shop from their services.Avoid this place like the plague. If you want people to buy from you, don’t be a horribly rude person - it’s that simple.

Friendly small corner shop type convenience store. It isn't an off licence (can find them everywhere) so uses the space to be incredibly well stocked with varieties of foods often not even found in supermarkets. Also has ranges of household items otherwise not available nearby.They do act as Hermes drop off point, but suggest to those using this service that they become regular customers as courier points pay so little its otherwise not economic to take parcels.
