Absolutely fantastic service every time we have ordered balloons. The girls loved their jungle theme number balloons and we’ve had great balloon displays for 30th and 21st birthdays. The helium balloons last ages! We will definitely continue to use play and party and would highly recommend!

So pleased to have found this store, staff were really helpful in fixing the issue I had with internet bought balloons, won't make that mistake again!Definitely worth a visit, such a great selection and brilliant prices.

Dropped in for some party balloons, leaving it to the last minute i gave them very little time and what i wanted wasn't in stock but Simon said he had an idea and what he delivered within an hour was way better then i originally planned. I have been using this shop for the best part of a decade now. They have kept high, consistent standards the entire time. I have rented many awesome outfits and purchased some great items for parties. They cater for all sorts of events and not just your typical Halloween or Fancy dress events. If you're getting married then seek them out for their amazing Balloon work. And if you're feeling brave and wanting to improve your fitness, ask them to show you their separate gym, its like nothing else in the town. As an ex-member of the gym, I can say with honesty that you'll not regret taking a look and making that initial first step. And back to the shop, don't be afraid to visit due to Covid as this shop is more covid-friendly/secure than most shops. - Mike F

OK if you want a limited choice of balloons, banners and a few fancy dress bits. I think they should at sell greetings cards, wrapping, gift tags, bows, boxes, cakes... That's what I expected to be there but was a bit disappointed.

Went in to get a simple number 5 balloon for my twin girls birthday. Came out with a great looking display that they will absolutely love. Superb customer service that clearly showed how much they love their job. Me amd my partner couldn't be happier. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for balloon decorations

We popped in, just browsing, looking for ideas. Simon was patient and helpful, giving us time to formulate our ideas, giving us just the right bit of advice when we needed it. We were so happy with our purchases, they were perfect and the whole experience was fun and relaxed. I highly recommend.
