It was such a great experience, all the girls were so lovely and kind! Loren made my first haircut in a very long time an amazing experience. Constantly reassuring me and making me feel comfortable throughout the whole haircut, and listened to everything I said. I will definitely be coming back! Thank you again, Loren for making me feel beautiful again. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Don't know the difference between brown and blonde hair - absolute jokers. Avoid at all costs - Fraser, who is supposed to be the head hairdresser, did this, so no hope for anybody else. Pathetic.

All the girls are amazing and every visit is such a lovely experience! I’m a regular client of Sophie’s but have also had appointments with Sam and today Loren - love my hair! Lovely head massage too! Nothing better than a big brush bouncy blow dry! X
