Sadly, the quality of the Indian Sandstone we got from here turned out to be pretty poor.Expensive lesson learnt and would go elsewhere next time.

Found this company via a listing on eBay. Although they aren't local to us they very kindly arranged collection / delivery to Bournemouth on pallets. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff with extremely reasonable pricing -even with delivery it was still half the price of TP! Wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

Popped in here on the off chance for 200mm corner kerb risers and they had them, i so wish i went to this place earlier before i bought stuff from other places, the gentleman on the forklift was absolutely fantastic in dealing with what i wanted and dived off the fork lift to greet me and help me even though he was busy that itself earns 10/10 points in my books.

These blokes are liars. They sold us off shades! Charged full price. Lied through their teeth. Ibstock got involved and confirmed all of the above. Our extension looks awful because of these liars

Excellent service. No messing they just deliver when you ask for it to be delivered. Pop in the sales office never waited to be served. Well run well organised and am a regular user.

After having issues with a multinational company for over a month and 2 non existant deliveries i decided to look around. Yesterday i messaged Flagstone Paving, 2 emails and 1 phone call later and the exact same slabs were ordered! £130 cheaper than the other company! Today the slabs were delivered by SIMON. he phoned to say he was outside, was polite and nothing to much trouble. i would not hesitate to use Flagstone Paving & Building Supplies in the future and will definatly be recommending them others.

Be carefull when buying bricks from this merchant. They sold the bricks to my builder for my extension. It was very obvious from the beginning that they were not the correct brick to match the existing house and I confronted the builder about it, he insisted they were correct. I decided to contact Flagstone and spoke to Ryan, who again assured me they were the correct brick even after I sent them a photo via email. I spoke to him on three seperate occations regarding this and he never waivered from this. Convinced I was being lied to I contacted the brick manufacturer with my concerns and it was only when they investigated did Ryan admit to them that the bricks were in fact non best off shades - basically, reject bricks that are not meant to be used as facing bricks. The brick manuafacturer also said to me that they had concerns that they were selling off shades as best bricks and they were arranging to inspect the yard. Flagstone are now telling me that my builder knew he was buying off shades but won't confirm this in writing! If that was the case then why not just say that when I first called then I wouldnt have had to contact the brick manufacturer to get the truth!! It all seems a bit shady to me (excuse the pun)

Flasgstone Paving have the best display of paving that I have seen, we travelled from essex to Kent just to view the range. There is nothing to compare them in our local area, which is why we were willing to drive 40 mins to view the products.The staff were very informative of the paving slab products and gave us good advice on their product range.We received our delivery of Bradstone Paving 1st week March, 2020 adn they notified us in advance of the delivery by text and the driver arrived on time.We were very impressed with the professionalism of the driver.He placed the goods exactly where I wanted them and handled everything very well.Despite them being on the other side of the Dartford Tunnel, we had no problems dealing with Flagstone Paving & Building Supplies.I would highly recommend their services and products.

Very helpful family business, has pretty much everything you would need for most building projects, staff willing to help even when busy.. . Would recommend to anyone, same service in the last 10 visits, over the past 2 years.
