Very professional, friendly and courteous. Easy to arrange the install after providing photos to help with the survey and obtain a quote. The electricians arrived on time and carried out a very neat, tidy and professional installation. They were very friendly to talk to and happy to explain what work was being done as well as carrying out the install as per my request (charger location, where the cable was to be routed etc).The supplied charger was the one I asked for and was recommended (EO Mini Pro 2). It's compact, looks good and performs well.The EV Charger grant was sorted for me and included in the price, I simply had to sign the grant form to confirm installation.Very pleased with the work carried out and the friendly nature of this organisation. I have already recommended to others looking for an EV charger.

She provided the information required, answered any queries and provided an accurate timeline for each step of the process, keeping me updated at each stage. Great experience with Design Electrical NI. Jane was brilliant helping with the most suitable EV Charger and knowledge of the grant scheme, then the 2 guys installing where very efficient and tidy with the additional cabling required. Would definitely recommend.

Had an EV charger installation carried out by the engineers. Both the contact with the company and installation was quickly and professionally handled. The installation was expertly and tidily performed, and all credit to the engineers for maintaining social distancing policies. Asked for ev charger to be installed. Price was more than reasonable . 2 electricians came out the next day and had it done in a morning. Great business and great team from officer worker Jane to the boys on the ground. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Charger works perfectly .

They originally installed my charger and I moved house and needed them to remove it and reinstall it. In my new place. They came out on time and removed it and then came out to install in the new property very quickly. Which helped ease some of the stress of moving. I'd highly recommend these folks. Great service and very reliable.

Design Electrical NI installed an EV charger at my home recently and they were excellent. I went for an Anderson A2 and there was a delay in the supply from the factory but Judy and Lisa were proactive and always kept me updated with the order. The installer was very professional and carried out the installation with minimal fuss and intrusion. I can highly recommend this company for any EV installation and their staff are first class to deal with.
