Mns Motors NE LTD

Bought my car off these 4 mths ago...they said it had a 5 star check done on it....turns out it need a flywheel. ..brakes all around ..tyre ...it's got an oil leak....coolant leak...no rear fog lights...water in rear lamp...could boot seal is split and leaking...extensive knocking from fly wheel. .second catch on nonetheless doesn't catch....and guess what guys...they don't want to know...I also took out a 6 mths warranty for an extra 150 quid...but it covers very little so it's not worth having. ..please be careful

Purchased a car which showed a warning before sale went through and was promised that it would be fixed and sorted when it went for its MOT. After owning the car only 3 days the warning light came back on to which I was promised again it would be fixed. Cut a long story short the car is now going to a scrap yard as he did nothing to fix it only the cheap minor fixes rather then doing it properly from the beggining

AVOID AT ALL COSTS WORST COMPANY EVER!!If I could give 0 stars I would, this garage knowingly sells cars that have issues with them and cost you thousands of pounds too put right and when you try send the car back for being faulty they all of a sudden get vandalised costing even more money. The customer service at this place is absolutley awful once they've taken your money they do not care at all. My experience was so bad that I hope this place gets shut down as they do not deserve to be trading and taking hard working peoples money from them.

Excellent customer service! Great and very clean, low mileage cars at a good price.... my brother bought a corsa about two years ago and it’s had no problems!Well Apart from his reckless driving putting dents in it.My next car will definitely be from MNS Motors.Be seeing you’se soon.

Started off a nice bloke but sold us a car with a full mot which actually needs some expensive suspension work doing , also he gets you to sign the invoice then adds on for spares or repairs no warranty which we didn’t notice until it was too late even though we were sold it with a 30 day warranty . Be careful !

Bought a car from the garage a while ago, had a load of trouble with it. So why the 5*? Well, I found Mohamed truly helpful, he was supportive, he got the car back to mend and at all times kept his word. I found MNS Motors and Mohamed extremely honest. So, even with a bad experience from the car, I can't actually fault their response in customer service. Trustworthy garage.

Purchased a honda civic with new mot, had a minor exhaust advisory.After having had the car and few days the exhaust had to help replaced (middle section)Rear brakes were worn and unroadworty pads and discs replaced.Clutch started to slip and heater didn't work properly.I received £50.00 towards the cost of the brakes the car cost me £300.00 in the first week to make it usable.When I approached the seller really the faults he said it had an mot and was not liable and said that the car which I part exchanged was leaking oil .However I saw it advertised on autotrader for £2495.00 l was given £1100.00px.An mot does not constitute roadworthiness. I paid £2995.00 for the honda and it's worth half of that or less.What an awful car ,

Avoid this so called car dealer at all costs. Bought a van as a bike transporter/runaround, despite claims of its excellence, both in their fantastically false advert, and from the incompetent salesman. Yet within a couple of months and barely a couple of hundred miles the engine is dead. Just read the other 1 star posts and you will see the calibre of cars these shysters peddle....avoid or count the cost.

My son bought a car from here, and within a week it was apparent it had a major engine fault. to date it has used 25 litres of engine oil in 35 days, despite several emails/Registered post letters and facebook messages he has had no reply ( this has been ongoing since December 2017) he has now blocked him from facebook. All he wanted was the car looked at and either repaired or refunded. however he has not had the common courtesy to even speak to him. The worst part is that he bought a car from MNS as his last car was bought from a private sale and he was stung and left with a knackered car. he specifically asked if the car had any engine problems and was told no as it was checked over by the mechanics.

No1 service very helpful and kind !Bought a Nissan qashqai from here absolutely love it!a couple of months passed by and I had issues with the vehicle, contacted mns motors and found out it was wear and tear and not covered by warranty however they were still kind enough to fund the money for repair any way !!I Had the funds transferred with in the hour of me emailing receipt of work done !The owner is always around and their to help !Definitely be back !Thanks Mohamad ! Your the best ! 5 star service !
