My husband and I always go to Mukesh for our dry cleaning, he is the best! Professional, friendly, well-organized, and timely, there’s no better place! They even managed to get out some tough stains and color transfers on our clothes. Thanks for everything!

Came here for a formal dress alteration a complete disaster! Left side longer than right, front 8cm longer than back. Now I have to completely ruin its legth to even things out.

Ruined my new t-shirt. They needed to be shortened and nicely hemmed. When i brought home the t-shirt i saw the holes even after washing they widened. £70 t-shirt plus £17 for service and everything goes in the trash. I have never seen such a poor job in my life.

Checked out Google reviews for all dry-cleaning in Isle of Dogs and chose Starshine Millharbour.Sent my jacket and trousers for dry cleaning and alternation on Friday and got it back on Tuesday. My jacket was stained with sauce and it’s all clean now!Thank you, Starshine, you guys saved my favorite jacket :) You guys deserve 5 stars!

Three shirts were lost 11 months ago and we still have not been given a refund or replacement despite having visited, called and messaged them on numerous occasions.

Highly recommend! Best dry cleaner and shoe repair service I had for years! Mukesh is so attentive to details, repaired my timberland boots which I wear and tear for 4 years, and he even repaired the large crack in the bottom which I thought was beyond repair. It’s amazing service in this particular store (not sure about other chains) and I couldn’t recommend it more to my friends!

Rude staff and very bad quality service! Avoid!They did a simple alteration job for my trousers (simple shortening them) a few weeks back. The second time I wore them, the thread for one of the legs completely fell off. I had to wear the trousers with different lengths in a business meeting and went for a flight.When I took the trousers to the store and explained the thread fell off (politely and without mentioning the troubles it caused me), the male staff went on saying that it didn’t look like a tailoring job they did and they had to check the CCTV to confirm that these were the trousers I sent for tailoring - basically saying I was a liar right at my face to avoid the fact that they were the one who did an awful job!When I picked up these trousers yesterday, no apologies offered and he just pretended nothing happened.More annoyingly, I found some dirty leather (looks like some cut part) stuck to one of the sweaters I sent for dry cleaning and it left stains and glue on my sweater.Horrible experience and terrible customer service!!

My dry clean items returned with perfect and excellent cleaned. The shop-keeper Mokesh, provides me professional advice on my laundries. He always carries friendly smiling face and willing to chat with costumers. I am worry free to send my garments to do dry clean in this shop.
