We were lucky enough to be invited to one of the test events/soft launches for the new Roxy Lanes in Edinburgh.....WHAT A VENUE!We LOVED the ice-free curling and batting cage! This place has it all.... 8 full size Tenpin Bowling Lanes, Ice-free Curling, Batting Cage, Pool, Beer Pong, Shuffleboard, Duckpin Bowling and even Karaoke!Probably best to book ahead for this one as I can see it becoming popular very quickly! We also ate on our visit.... the hot dogs (bratwurst) were extremly tasty.... this place is a MUST visit!!

My wife and I stumbled upon this place of literally gaming heaven. Three flights down and you walked into this magical space. Music was incredible and the whole place just laid out to suit the people. Huge bar and eating area with a pizza corner. Had a few celebratory drinks as we were out celebrating and we will definitely be returning for some tenpin bowling. Oh and let me mention the staff were just amazingly friendly and helpful. I did not see an unhappy face whilst we there keep it up RL!!

Great place as far as activities but the service is atrocious. The staff are all sub-25 hipster types and would rather chat with their mates instead of serving you. Waited 30 minutes for some pizza and hot dogs. The place was emptyish and not very busy.

There are many kinds of games in the place. You can choose from different drinks. The music is also good. I really enjoyed playing bowling. However it was relatively expensive!

First the bad… it can get expensive real quick.However, well worth it. The amount of games is amazing, drinks selection is massive, staff are lovely, music was spot on (for my taste anyway)….The place was absolutely perfect, could just do with being a tad cheaper on the games side of things as 3 / 4 hours of games / drink n food will put you over £100

Let's start with the positives: good variety of games.Unfortunately that's pretty much where the positives end. The prices are extortionate. £14 for a pool table? Almost £70 for a game of bowling. Drinks and food are pricey as well.The bar staff are nice but the manager is uninterested in how the place runs. He sits behind his desk and doesn't involve himself in how matters go.The reality is, it's a place that's taking advantage of its location and the result is ridiculous pricing. There are far better options for bowling, pool or drinks. If you really want to play shuffleboard then go ahead this is your place. High prices and poor management.

Great place, lovely music, the whole bar staff was super polite and careful. It’s been my no 1 in the city, I would like to revisit again. Thanks very much.

A bit of fun and team bonding on our office Christmas night out!. Fun basement level venue entered from Rose Street. Lots of activities to keep us entertained including pool, skittles, ten pin bowling, basket ball hoops and shuffle board. All great fun then we went through to the karaoke room which some loved and became newly exposed extroverts and some of us crept away to the bar!!!This was great fun and I highly recommend you give it a go.
