4:00 AM and is CLOSE but shoud work till 6:00AM. Very Very DISAPPOINTED!Also no free delivery and you pay double price pizza as they said is free delivery but collecting pizza by your own you have 50% discount fully scam!

The place have a good seating area in and outdoor, the pizza is great with thin slices and the pasta is fresh with great sauce.

My birthday was extra special because I celebrated it in this restaurant. The staff was very accommodating and the food was beyond excellent!! I could not ask for more!! Papa Johns - 5 stars from me!!

I have ordered from the Papa John's from this branch in Farringdon and the one on Upper Street many times and they have never failed to deliver. Pizza quality is always up to standard and the delivery time is always within 30 minutes. There was only one time from Farringdon where the pizza took just over 30 mins to arrive (think they need more delivery drivers). I just wish Papa John's brings some of their old menu items back like the Tandoori Chicken topping and the Chicken Burger Pizza. If so I would be ordering from them more.

I ring them and they answer immediately. I request to be called just prior to the delivery happening, in order to get ready - the restaurant directly calls me; very impressed.The delivery driver was a very polite and kind person.The 2 pizzas were piping hot when I got them; this is the hottest delivery pizza I ever had. I used various pizza shops through Uber Eats and Deliveroo, and none of them were this hot. I was honestly pleasantly surprised. I did not expect it at all.The price may be a bit higher than other local pizzerias, however, the delivery is free, the pizzas are big, they taste good, they come piping hot (!!!!) and the customer service is on another level.Overall, 5/5 easily!!

Pizza arrived realty quickly and hot to our hotel. Prob best papa Johns I’ve had. Only problem was we ordered half and half and for some reason it doesn’t let you edit the toppings on that so I’d write in the delivery notes no olives on it which it came with olives on. When he delivered he said they didn’t see it til the end and it should be changed that way, which I tried and you can’t do. Not really the stores fault thoogh, more something on the website that needs changing.

Myself and 5 others from my work decided to head to papa John’s for our “fat Friday” lunch. Presuming it would be busy we all booked on the app 20 minutes prior to walking to collect. As soon as we arrive into the store we are greeted with a rude attitude saying they are taking no walk in orders. We stated we booked online 30 minutes ago, however we were ignored. Moments later he then asked what we are “still doing in the store”, to which we again explained we are waiting for our pizza and had ordered it 30 minutes. Eventually after another 10 minutes wait we revived all our food. The pizza was perfect, and tasted great. Just a shame the customer service was not acceptable.

Ordered a delivery only for a pizza to be missing a topping and very low on another. The manager" claimed I was lying as he made it himself. After mentioning their satisfaction guarantee policy he agreed to send a new one out
