Had the 90 minute pamper package. Lovely welcome and surroundings. Warm, cosy treatment room, excellent massage and facial. Felt very comfortable with the beautician, she checked to ensure that she applied the correct pressure during the massage. Total bliss. Offered water afterwards and brought me a glass (not plastic) of chilled water and allowed plenty of time for me to get dressed. Spotlessly clean premises, great staff. Will be going back and very happy to recommend.

By far the worst place I have visited. Went in for a cut wash and blow dry. Was sat down at the hair was completely dirty. The women hadn’t even cleaned it from the previous customer. Was asked how u want your hair cut so showed a picture because communication was limited. The lady did properly the complete opposite took off more then what I asked for and the layers weren’t even cut properly mean while I had to endure the owner on the phone SHOUTING down the phone to someone explaining her family problems so felt really uncomfortable. Just wanted to get out of that place as fast as possible. I was told at the desk I booked the wrong treatment however they failed to tell me that the treatment I had was cheaper so they over charged!!!!Avoid this place like the plague!!!

I went for a cut and blow on Friday 10th November . My hair is an absolute mess. Half my head is heavily layered a d the other side not layered at all . Loads of places where the scissors have missed . Absolutely no conversation and didnt confirm that she understood what I wanted . I went home and criedUPDATE . I called them to explain and ask for a refund and they fobbed me off saying they will speak to the manager and get back to me in half an hour. Im still waiting for that call 5 hours later !! Not happy at all. I will try once more tomorrow and if no joy I will take it further .

Had a groupon voucher for 90mins treatment. I had a lovely 60min full body massage and a facial, both were excellent and the therapist made sure I was comfortable. The salon is spotless and the staff very friendly. I would definitely go again. Only little niggle the music in the therapy room could be better (twinkle twinkle little star) !!!

It was the worst experience I had. I arrived 15 min before my schedule and the massage just started 10min later. the therapy was not professional at all, in the first 30 min of the massage she was constantly answering messages. I was on my back but it was perfectly clear that she had one hand on my back and the other hand sending a message.

90min pamper session for two. We chose a 60min facial and pedicure each.We used a Groupon voucher and I guess we got what we paid for.The staff were very pleasant but communication was very limited and they didn't speak to us during the session.We both said exactly the same thing after the facials. We had an hour of cream after cream put on our faces without a clue what they were and nothing felt any different from the previous cream. Not a very pleasant experience. We both came out with sore eyes.Our pedicure wasn't too great either. A light soak and then the skin exfoliation underfoot was used and I had to ask for my nails to be cut. We were dried off and passed our shoes. That was it, no polish was offered.I wouldn't recommend this place or go there again.

So, today i was welcomed and seen by a lovely stylist (Soheila)such a nice and friendly atmosphereHighly recommended, these guys really look after you and the customer service is just fantastic.Great value for your moneyAssuring me, looked after me so wellshe did my hair so perfect, matched it to the exact colour i wanted and i am so thrilled with it!!and the body massage OMG, just so relaxingwill be back againThankyou so much ❤❤❤
