The animals were lovely but the zoo is tiny and there isn't much space for visitors or the animals. We were there an hour and there was a meet the animal session which showed a snail, snake and mouse. All the staff we met were friendly. There was a facepainter there, however it cost more for face painting (£7) than park entry (£6).There was nowhere to park close by but you can park at the fruit fields and walk down. You couldn't spend more than an hour there (it had been raining so there wasn't use of the bouncy castle). There are a few picnic style chairs but as someone who has a 2 year old and a 4 month old there was nowhere adequate to feed my baby. There are not permenant facilities but 2 portaloos, I assume there is baby changing but I did not see it.

My family and I recently visited and fell in love with this place and their project! It has an amazing energy and the staff are super sweet and welcoming. You can tell the animals there are getting tons of love and care. I highly recommend everybody to visit and support them. We left the premises with a very warm feeling... the kind that definitely brings you back later :) The Earth needs more projects like this one!

I have had the great pleasure to bring my face painting business here this summer and see the animals while I work. It’s such a lovely little zoo and rescue centre, great value and fun for a family if you’re looking to take the kids out for a few hours. All the animals are so passionately looked after, you can see the level of care and love that goes into this zoo, and the gents that own it are so knowledgeable and always on hand to talk to visitors about the animals.Highly recommend

Such a good day out.I loved the regular talks by the staff, was a lovely way to see the animals up close. It is a small zoo so you can see the animals up close without the crowds… or cost! The bouncy castle is an added bonus, it was a nice break for the kids!We spoke to the owner today and his passion really showed, his heart is definitely in the right place.I strongly recommend going to the gift shop and picking up their personalised book, it’s made by a local author and the characters are animals in the zoo! It’s also hilarious to the kids.

'Edited from no comment to adding comment'- for full transparency I was planning to only leave a poor review and not get into any details to let this go. However, after the owner has decided to lie I thought it only fair to add in what actually occured...To celebrate my son's 2 yr old birthday we booked the 1-4pm afternoon session tickets. We arrived at 2pm after nap time to try and find the zoo. After driving around for 15mins and trying to call the phone number twice (which extension 2" was unavailable) we came to the conclusion that this small corner of a field must be the location. We looked around but couldn't find a single person. As we were about to leave

I'd read some reviews on here and thought I'd take my 6&4 yo.Went on Saturday afternoon and it was lovely and quietDon't go if you're expecting loads of animals. It's a small rescue but so nice to visit. I thought we'd stay for 45 minutes max, but the girls really enjoyed the bouncy castle and talking to the guys there. They were really knowledgeable and do be sure to stay for the talks, displays and other presentations. My daughters were able to touch and stroke a variety of animals, ferrets, snakes and giant snails! Ended up spending about 2 hours here. Would happily return.

This mini zoo is such a lovely place which is great for a long day out where you can also do some pick your own. The staff are really lovely and very welcoming and the ticket price is great too. They are doing a great thing with these animals, giving them a new home where they are very loved and respected. It is a beautiful experience where you can see the animals more up close and the staff really know their stuff about them and are always open for lots of questions. I highly suggest it for kids as they hold lots of events that the kids loved and was a great easy trip for parents. I highly recommend visiting this lovely mini zoo that holds lots of future potential which i will happily support along the way. Additionally, they have a lovely little shop where you can buy some lovely little trip tokens and also get some yummy snacks :).1000% go and visit soon :)

Wildway Wildlife Zoo in Cookham has just started up.The animals are very well cared for and loved by the staff who are very approachable.Lots of children were there clearly enjoying their afternoon and gaining valuable knowledge about the animals. There were informative shows which included all the audience. Lovely to see the children having the opportunity to ask questions. The owners have put a lot of thought into the welfare of their customers as well as the animals. In my opinion everyone should come along, bring their families and support this wonderful mini zoo.

We visited the mini zoo today for the first time and we are a family of 4. Children ages 9 and 13. We really enjoyed seeing all the animals you can tell they are well looked after. The staff are very friendly and happy to answer any questions you have about the zoo or animals. The animal talk shows were educational for all ages. It was a great little set up and just what Maidenhead/cookham need! My youngest loved the bouncy castle and we made the most of our time with a picnic. We hope to visit again soon the wolves are a firm favourite. Good luck with the new plans and we hope to see you all again soon Charlotte and family
