Lived in a property with this slum landord for 11 years, he did very little work or repairs to the property in the whole time I was there even the carpet is 11 years old! he was intrusive knocking on the door whenever he felt like it questionong my visitors in the car park & generally oppressive & intrusive he gave me mental health issues! I had £1k government granted state of the art storage heaters installed due to very poor heating in the property & now he's got the cheek to put in a claim through the deposit bond paid by citizen advice when I moved in. This landord & his family are rogues avoid like the plague
