Huge thank you to Garaham, he spent time explaining everything to my children, from painting to playing. They had a great time learning how to play all thanks to Graham’s enthusiasm.

Me and partner were served by Graham, who while the shop was quiet took the time to demonstrate some painting techniques using the paints my partner had picked out. Extremely welcoming and friendly, the shop is also cozy with a decent range of sets.

Great helpful staff. My friends got me a £30 paper voucher for my birthday and managed to use it on a Guilliman model even though they didn’t have it in stock. They even arranged for it to be delivered directly to me. Can’t fault it! Thanks Team!

Ive been popping into this store every now and then for a number of years and I just find shopping here a bit of put off. The nice staff never seem to last and so we get left with pushy sellers who as soon as they realise you arent on this particular occasion wishing to buy anything skulk off to find someone else. This is the only store where i find the staff to have a know-it-all" attitude and I soon sense this I about turn and leave. Till theres a regime change I'll be buying a warhammer at my local friendly gaming store (sadly)."

Best experience I’ve had in a Warhammer Store yet! From the minute the family and I walked in we were greeted and loved the layout. My son and I got to build the mini of the month for the new Age of Sigmar Cities of Sigmar. Not that we need another army but this one was quite convincing that I just might have to start another.Better yet, we can bring that model back to see who wins best painted mini for the month. While there, we got tons of advice and had a great time talking with Jack. Great human to interact with even though he is a Xenos fan. My son is also a T’au fan so he was very pleased to get some advice on units. Doesn’t hurt he was blessed enough to try on aome of the emperors finest ceramite war fist from a terminator Space Marine.Regardless of his choice of faction, he was able to help us get some new units for our armies And it is safe to say we would not have such a stellar time without him. If you’re in the area I highly recommend stopping by.We picked up more than a few boxes and are ready for a very Merry Christmas this year. Thanks Jack and thanks GW. We will be back again soon. Also loved the set up and Red Gobo is on the loose already. Thanks Jack and GW for the memories.

Staff were awesome and really engaging, displays were amazing and the store was fully stocked and clean and tidy

Fantastic experience in starting the hobby, both guys were super friendly when I asked annoying questions on lore, models and painting.I also had an issue with one of the brushes I purchased thus causing odd blobs of paint on one of my new Custodes, they were more than happy to help and fix the issue and I received a replacement.Go there most Tuesdays from University and always come out positive after popping in, great duo running this store.
