Plumbing & Gas recently replaced all the radiators in my house. They helped me with choosing the appropriate radiator models and then ordered and installed all the new radiators, making necessary adjustments to the infrastructure where required.They also managed the return and replacement of a larger radiator which had been damaged in transit while keeping me informed.Special mention must go to Joe who was excellent at both communicating decisions in plain English for me and coordinating any necessary extra work.I will certainly be using P&G again.

We have had the team around to fit the new radiators on the 29th of June 2021.The team have carried out a fantastic job and we are happy with the work they have done.They were very professional and tidy. I've been a happy customer for years for the installation of and servicing on our boiler, but recently had a need for an urgent repair to our toilet, and PGS were superb. The team in the office were great in arranging the appointment quickly, and Steve, the plumber who came round, did a brilliant job. He was friendly, knoweldgeable and professional, identifying the problem immediately then sourcing and fitting the part. He even offered a suggestion on an unrelated bathroom problem we've been having - he definitely went above and beyond, and I'm happy to recommend PGS for great service and excellent standards of professionalism.

After years of reliable service from this company, today they phoned me to request to service my boiler for £120 payable in advance!! ... Aside from the large hike in price, they've never asked for payment in advance before, .. and won't make an exception, .. so I'll take my business elsewhere.

Fitted me into their busy schedule only hours after my initial contact.The engineer kept me updated with the progress enroute to me, arrived earlier than the arranged time and sorted my drainage issue in no time at all!They were very polite, courteous and clean in their execution of the job.Will not hesitate to use them again if I have any drainage issues and will certainly recommend to friends and family as well as being my first port of call if needed for use at my office!

Took a chance and went with Plumbing & Gas Solutions because of the positive reviews on here and on Facebook and never regretted it. Had the old system taken out and replaced with a new combi boiler and the quality of the workmanship was fantastic. The two guys that carried out the installation were a credit to the firm, they were very polite always on time and hardly left a mess making sure they cleaned up thoroughly before leaving each evening. I would not hesitate to use P&G again and have recommend them to friends and family.

The team arrived promptly, and were efficient, polite and clean. They consulted with us on any issues that arose and all problems were dealt with in a quiet and confident manner. The installation was actually completed in less time than stated and they left the house in the same condition as when they arrived. All in all, I would heartily recommend them to anyone :)
