I've ordered twice, both orders came well packaged fast delivery. Can't believe how nice these purfumes smell and last for the price. Will definitely be buying again

I ordered 6 x Maybelline Great Lash Mascara - waterproof very black and recieved 6 x the wrong product. I can't use this product and it even has my correct order on the box. The mascaras look different and have a different coloured lid. Because it has been too long since I recieved the product they have refused to do anything despite photographs or even accept the mistake. I took a while to open the product because I have been unwell and the box was labelled with the correct order so i assumed it had the correct contents. I've now spent £40 on the wrong product and won't be able to use these items. Caras response to me was mistakes do happen" and "we're only human". I'm sorry but you would not expect this from a bigger company
