Excellent breakfast and good other choices, all cooked to order so hot & tasty. It’s a transport cafe so don’t expect the Ritz, it is what it is good food at a good price.

First review this place 2 yrs ago, my opinion has changed, it was a great cafe when I was a kid.... the meat is cooked hrs before serving leaving in the oven, coffee is weak, full English is mediocre with a plate full of grease overpriced for what you get, use to be me and lads spot before a game on a Sunday...not going anymore, price goes up and up and quality goes down and down and down. Nice ladies but food is terrible.

Staff are nice, and food is bang on, the inside look of the cafe could do with a bit of TLC. Prices are fair, toilet is a bit of a disappointment as well tight as ur on airplane ✈️ lol see you soon.

The food was actually very good and the staff were really friendly all as described on other reviews.But…..The place is absolutely filthy. From the black build up of body fat and grime on the main push point on the door to shelves the back of the counter that you couldn’t describe the months, maybe years of being left to gather dust/grime.I feel bad leaving this review as the people were such nice, friendly people which 3 of them were standing talking all the time I was present but obviously oblivious to any need to use the time cleaning. Dull tinsel from a Christmas period still sits on top of a picture frame, the white phone is covered in black grime. I could go on.I understand this cafe is a family legacy of the best part of a century.If the current owner reads this - please respect the hard work done before you and your customers, clean the place and have some routine daily cleaning in place.1 star purely on the hygiene aspect.

Not what it was. £8 for a basic breakfast with no mushrooms, black pud or hash browns and only one bread and butter. Wasn't surprised it was quiet. Nice ladies working there, but Kingsbury cafe offers miles more for the same price.
