Friendly and helpful staff. I sold some items recentely and they made the process so simple. Many thanks to Judith and Tara especially for all their help. Loved the detailed photograohs the guys took for all my items. I'm very pleased with the results.

Bought a sideboard at the auction online without getting the chance to see it in person. A risk, but at the price, and with the auctioneer mentioning it being in good order I took a punt. I’m thrilled with it, got it for half the price I would have from a dealer and with a bit of polish it’s very beautiful. Picking it up the staff couldn’t have been nicer, friendly greeting at the counter and the guys in the back loaded it safely for me - my Mum and I didn’t have to lift a finger! The location was soo handy to the Westlink too, and on quiet enough streets that 5 minutes double parking to load didn’t cause any issues. I would definitely buy here again ☺️

Always good to deal with and very helpful. Please remember this is an auction, so look before you buy as once the hammer falls it's final with no comeback.

This place is a huge warehouse full of items that can be viewed before bidding. Their postings of photos on facebook are accurate and timely. They also have two online auction websites that list all the items for sale. You can even bid live online ! It’s certainly worth checking out as the auction is every couple of weeks and they get a great range of items from mid century furniture to antiques. The staff are very professional and friendly and are available to answer any questions about the lots. Highly recommended!

They have beautiful items but faults not described. I bought a grandfather clock which looks lovely but doesn't work. Only 2 weights where there are usually 3. I asked for information on whether clock was working at the time of auction. I asked again if there was someone I could contact on how to get clock working. No response whatsoever. No response except I post publicly.Would save a lot of time to just state if clock is working. Customers shouldnt have to phone up looking for condition reports. It should be in the details supplied at the time of auction.

I have never left a google review in my life but feel that this was warranted. After winning a very low priced auction I attempted to make payment through my natwest account to the details on lagansides website, each time my bank flagged up a scam warning saying that the name of the account was not Laganside auctions, after phonecalls/emails to the auction I was asked to give my card details over the phone, something I didnt feel comfortable to do, in the middle of trying to sort the issue out Laganside has placed a lifetime ban on my easylive account and refused to remove it! The staff have been rude and obnoxious, I will be following this up with my bank to find out the issue behind the account name, and whether things are all above board.

Avoid this Auctions place , left my stock with them , I called many times , manager did not reply , after long time when I went visit he gaves excuses said want all my stock to areange a actionfor me ,I have experienced poor service, how to trust them to give them more stock , I decided to bring my stock back, surprisingly there were a lot of stock missing . Necklace, earrings , party bag , purses ...... all of them 30-50% missing .I have never make reviews but just wish nobody else make same mistakes to work with them again .Not trust worthy , poor service. Avoid themI have contacted relevant organisations for complains .

Brilliant helpful auction house, quick response for request on shipping costs, less than actual quote following purchase and very reasonably priced for sending a piece of furniture. First time bought from them, will definitely buy again. Thanks so much Judith for all your help.

Great selection of items in every sale. The girls in the office are very friendly and easy to deal with. Shout out to the lads on the floor too, very helpful.

Purchased 2 clocks, parts missing, no keys, no pendulums didn't describe as for repair or spares while others were clarified as such. This is vital information and should out of decency be recorded somewhere, mentioned at sale or listed with items. Some people can't get to viewings and depend on the auctioneer honesty.Thank you for your response. I beg to differ with your opinion. Should potential buyers, if they haven't been able to view, assume the clocks are missing vital pieces if the auctioneer or catalogue doesn't mention this? Regardless of the price, only £5, you should expect a full and working item unless informed otherwise.
