Ben was very helpful every step of the way, answered all my emails very promptly and answered all my questions. Would definitely recommend to anyone for any property needs whether be selling/buying or renting. Will definitely be working with Ben again soon.

Did not show up for house viewing and did not answer the phone. Quite unbelievable as I had travelled miles and was told when I went to their office that the house had an offer 25% over asking price in easington. I cannot believe this is the case. I would not recommend this agent

Do not use this company!!!Viewed 3 house bought the best one and had no survay done but I was assured all surveyors and checks were done. Wasn't even give the correct keys on completion. All calls after completion was engorged.

Viewed a house 2 weeks ago. Filled in forms was upfront with them. Called they said they would pass it on to landlord. Called every day to be told waiting for landlord to get back to him. I had to call yet again only to be told we failed on the credit check and nothing can be done. Not what I was told the day before. So I went over it again and Craig knew nothing of it just we failed the credit and that was all Ben said. Very unprofessional. Even the email we got after asking what the hell happened was totally wrong. He never told me anything. Do not use these.

Bit disappointing really. Enquired online about a house we were interested in, unfortunately away at the moment so asked if they still did online or virtual viewings. Don't see it as unreasonable considering they were the way to do it not that long ago. No acknowledgement to my online query, not even a reply to say they do or don't offer that service anymore. Our house is sstc so if we liked it could have been a quick easy sale...

Really worst service.Ben is not even not with his communication.When we moved in to the property, it was not even cleaned.After that he even did not pick the call or replied on email.It's really disappointing

Instructed Hunters to let the flat we own. Trying to get feedback was difficult to say the least as calls were never returned and e-mails not responded to. To make matters worse an interested party contacted us directly to say that they had requested a viewing on 3 occasions and no one got back to them, so we promptly took the instruction away from them.
