Fine selection of fish and aquatic accessories, together with a wide selection for dog, cats and smaller fur babies. Very small reptile section though (I tend to go elsewhere).Staff have always been friendly and helpful, and ever eager to talk to whatever friend you have brought with you, often offering a treat at the check-out.

Have an elderly Border Terrier who was not well. Got an appointment at Pets at Home Vet Malcolm. He was so caring and good with our dog George. Fully explained the problems he was encountering and was so helpful. Thank you so much

I purchased two adorable bunnies on the 26th of November 2021. We had intentions of buying just one rabbit but ended up with two (a pairing) - best decision ever. The employee Polly was such a lovely girl! She recommended the best cage for the both of them and we purchased the cage on the spot. She answered all of our questions - we couldn't be happier! My mother absolutely adores her bunnies.Thank you ever so much, Polly! You made my mums birthday perfect xx

I was so impressed with the lady who took us through the process of purchasing our new pet rats. Her knowledge was amazing and she showed true affection for the animals. You know that the pets have been well looked after and that it’s important to her that the animals are going to a good home. I had pet rats when I was young yet in the first 30 seconds I had learnt new information that’s vitally important to keep them healthy that I wish I’d have known 25 years ago. Thank you from my daughter,myself, Riot and Anarchy
