What an ordeal. They haven't got a clue. Been using this pharmacy for years getting my prescriptions. My pills were not available 2 weeks ago. Went this morning and they still weren't available. Had to go back and forward to the drs to sort it out. What happened to the original pharmacist she was excellent the new lot havent got a clue didnt even phone to let me know they couldn't get them. Got soaked and frozen today. I have a prolapsed bladder and bowel and I had to ho back and forward to sort it myself. Use another chemist if I were u

I have had continuous issues with this boots. They have lost prescriptions on more then one occasion or they don't have stock in medication wise. Very disappointed and will be looking for somewhere else.
