I missed my appointment and when I rang up to rearrange they got me an appointment on the same day. The therapist was brilliant they made me feel extremely comfortable and put me at ease.

My family and I have tried different treatments from here over the years but I have come to the conclusion They have a cannot be bothered" attitude and we will not try the services again. I have adjusted my review but to reply to your messageIf you change a clients appointment but they don't reply then assume they have not agreed to the change.When they arrive 5 minute late don't let them think you don't have time because they are 5 minutes late. Maybe if the time had been taken to explain we may have felt like valued customers.Your technique is not in question."

Just been to have my brows laminated and what a difference. They are amazing and would definitely recommend. Callie was fabulous and very professional. I will definitely be going back.

This is a very friendly little salon, with a very professional service. I have used the salon mainly for waxing as it is always done so well and I am put at ease, which is particularly helpful when you're getting a 'delicate wax' so to put it! I have also had spray tans done at the salon which always come out natural and completely flawless!

My first experience of this place was a good one. Booked in for the manicure. I thought the price was excellent for all the creams and treatments that form part of it - really liked the paraffin wax wrap in particular - visible results instantly! The lady I saw was very friendly and professional and nothing was too much trouble. Will be back!

I regularly visit the Salon for waxing, manicures, pedicures, skin care advice and spray tans. Callie always provides a Relaxing and calm environment and always makes me feel at ease. The waxing is carried out in a discreet and professional manner causing minimal pain and discomfort. The spray tans are always streak free and the therapists always ensure the colour used is natural and people always get asked where I've been on holiday when I've had one! I've had a regular manicure and pedicure and also gel nails, occasionally with nail art for a special occasion, and they always last more than 2 weeks. I also buy my Environ face products from Callie who provides excellent recommendations for skin care. I would thoroughly recommend Beauty by Calandra and will continue to enjoy being pampered by the girls!

This was my first time getting waxed, the woman doing it was lovely but missed loads of hair! I wasted £64. My legs are still covered in hair so are my private areas.. I’d understand a few stubborn hairs but whole patches is not what I paid for!

I have had every treatment possible I think!! My favourite treats are the massages especially when they get into my knots and tight spots. My spray tans are flawless and always get complimented, I've been out in the rain straight after and they've not streaked! Waxes are done to my request, whether I fancy a Hollywood or a Brazilian and the regrowth is pain and fuzz free!!The girls are friendly and accommodating, always squeezing me when it's busy.If you want a hassle free, private experience where they don't try to upsell everything and allow you to have proper 'me' time, this is the place to be!!
