Frame Factory

I regularly use the Frame Factory to frame my artwork. They always complete work to a very high standard with a reasonable turn around. The frames are excellent quality with a pristine finish. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Fantastic service, really knowledgable. Managed to warm press a couple of very large and delicate items that had been rolled and folded in the suitcase from China. Tried lots of other places, don't bother looking anywhere else. Definitely recommend and use again.

Just picked up a frame displaying collected wallet sized school photos of my son. Absolutely thrilled with the job! It was done with great skill and sensitivity. I felt really listened to but at the same time was given expert advice.

An established local business in Brighton, I have used them many times for framing. Always pleased with the quality, although recently their turn-around time has gone from around 1 week to 2-3 weeks, which is very long.I also like their Covid policies - they have an appointment system and have asked for masks to be worn throughout the pandemic. However, I was disappointed on my recent visit as a staff member I was dealing with was only wearing a face visor and not a tight fitting mask. Face shields still allow aerosols to easily escape and spread so are not effective. Surely the Frame Factory should apply the same standard to its staff that it expects from its customers?

I ordered some UV99 glass for some rare autographs, the staff were extremely helpful, really polite and had the custom glass ready the same day. Couldn’t have asked for a better service, thank you

Fantastic service by a team that really know their stuff. I have used Frame Factory on quite a few occasions over the years and Polly and the rest of the staff are always so helpful and friendly. They have always done a brilliant job and are true experts - highly recommended. Just read a very silly recent review about having to book appointments which prompted me to write this. The fact that they are putting the health and wellbeing of their team and customers at the expense of maximizing profit speaks volumes about how much this business cares about the people it employs and serves. I have had no trouble booking an appointment (it's really not hard) and received the same excellent service while also knowing they are doing everything they can to keep going in a safe and responsible manner. They should be praised for their efforts and supported.
