Clean Hearing Ear Wax Removal
I had occasion to go to Clear Hearing Harborne this week, because of blocked ears. Many years since I had to have the same thing done and I was pleasantly surprised to learn that a new and better technique is now being done, no more water!. Namely, unblocking ears using the suction method. I was a bit apprehensive but Kully was so relaxed and the job was done thoroughly, calmly and efficiently and I was so relieved and thankful to be able to hear clearly once again . Many thanks Kully, I strongly recommend your services.

From the moment I walked in kully was so friendly she sat me down and explained everything very clearly and made me feel at ease. During the procedure which was pain free she kept asking me if I am alright which was really nice. After she had finished I felt loads better and was so so grateful to her she was fantastic and amazing and would definitely recommend her if anyone needed ear wax removal she was so kind. Clean Hearing Ear Wax Removal
I discovered this place whilst on social media. I’d previously had micro suction 5+ years before but via the NHS. I’d been suffering with blocked ears for a few weeks after having an awful bout of a chest infection/sinusitis. Kully was really experienced and very thorough with the process. I also have tinnitus and she kept checking to make sure I was comfortable during the procedure. She cleared my ears wonderfully and I left being able to ear clearly!Will definitely be back, once a year to keep on top of any build up. Here’s a picture of what came out my ears!

Clean Hearing Ear Wax Removal
My sister got in touch with Clean Hearing Harborne as my 82 year old mom was suffering with ear wax due to narrow ear canals which was really making her hearing poor and affecting her quality of life. A home visit appointment was easily arranged as mom wasn't up to traveling anywhere due to her recent stroke. Kully who came to us was fantastic, putting my mom at ease and fully explaining what she was going to do. She quickly removed a large amount of wax which instantly made moms hearing a hundred times better. After which she checked the ear drums for infection etc and also checked the hearing aids for good operation. Mom is really over the moon now and getting the full benefit from her hearing aids. Can't thank Kully enough for the efficient and friendly service we received. Have booked another appointment for 6 months time.Excellent.

Clean Hearing Ear Wax Removal
My 6YO son went in today to have microsuction to remove some stubborn wax. I let Kully know about how much pain he has been in trying other methods of removal and she was incredibly accommodating and reassuring. She was so patient and gentle with him and I couldn't be happier with the result. If I could give her 10 stars I would, highly recommend!

Right from the beginning, I could tell Kully knew what she was talking about and not just trying to sell me a hearing aid. She clearly cares about the service people are getting, and took the time to understand and explain every step of the process.She asked me a lot more questions than expected, but this was actually really useful as they were things I hadn’t considered in choosing my hearing aid before. I had a one month trial first which was great and I feel like I’ve made a solid and well informed decision thanks to Kully. Would highly recommend this place over any of the high street chains like Boots or Specsavers.

I took my 5 years old daughter for wax removal and the lady was amazing, made my daughter feels relax and comfortable which isn't normal haha.Thank you so much.Definitely recommend her and will come back
