Booked a flight had to cancel & was told I am due a refund, was told it would be issued within 8 weeks, 4 months later still waiting!! The owner will not take my calls!! Have spoken to the airline, the refund has not been applied for by Gravesend Travel apparently!DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.Bordering on theft.Disgusted at their behaviour, their lies, their greed.

After the fall of Thomas cook airlines needed to book flights to goa. Could not fault gravesend travel very helpful while not direct have saved money .they have said if any problems while away with flights please phone them.
