Tyre Pros Braintree

Brought my car in for a free brake check. Staff are very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. Will be using them for replacing my tyres and all motoring related items in the future. Highly recommend these guys!

very professional and knowledge staff lead by Simon,they are not only replaced all my tyres and done wheel aligment but also installed my car brand new battery in spot without waiting, they are spend extra half an hour out of closing time branch going extra mile towarings to finilised service, strongly recommended, more important thing is it very good, local, reliable tyre workshop which is not many around in Braintree these days, my advice for people reading this review - do not waiting until last moment before holiday season start and cold snap is it in full scale in present just done your car repair until is not too late like happended to me, especially if you depending on car commuting from home to work and the other way on daily basis, thank you STS Tyre Pros team, respect, wishing Merry Xmass to all people reading this review

Quite a decent service provided you have pre booked! They're happy to turn away business but will do an adequate enough job when they do. Prices are a bit steep, but the quality matches the price.

Your operatives explained the reasons for the problems I had been suffering; a deteriorating wheel rim. They also went to great lengths to explain the work they had undertaken, and what possible ramifications I might incur (as they were only able to effect a temporary fix), in future months. They were also very helpful in advising how to have the wheel rim repaired and where I could secure a spare wheel. I couldn't speak more highly of the individuals I saw.

Fantastic service, arrived at 8am and open, had already been few days before and discussed what I needed.Tom the Manager had remembered the visit and was able to carry out the work there and then.Team friendly and knowledgeable, clean and well stocked.

Fantastic customer service from Tyre Pros AGAIN today.Dinked a wheel on a massive pothole & went to see the team to get their opinion. Was recommended Rolling Rims in Dunmow by one of the staff for repairs (that turned out an inspired recommendation as they were brilliant)Wheel was repaired but unfortunately discovered the tyre was damaged inside which wasn't visible before and a quick call to Tyre Pros who ordered me a new tyre in. Literally 5 hours later Tyre Pros rang back & said the tyre had arrived & if I got down there quick they could fit it immediately and quite importantly for me ment I had my car back for work later that day.Only discovered Tyre Pros couple years ago, but I would't go anywhere else now. The staff have always been friendly and do a great job in my opinion.Highly recommended based on my experiences with them.

The team were very kind and accommodating. The online system messed up my booking, and they were able to resolve my concerns promptly.
