Decorative Aggregates

I ordered and paid for a sample from Decorative Aggregates on the 21st June 2020. This order is yet to arrive. I wanted to place a £400 order but as I am yet to receive the sample despite multiple promises from Lucy I have gone elsewhere. I ordered a sample from Gravel Master that arrived within a couple of days. Full order placed a stones arrived. Very disappointed with Decorative Aggregates service.

Paid to have a deliveryTruck got here and decided he could not get down my road (despite many large trucks managing in the past)Offered a fee of £250 extra to deliver by vanOr a 65 £ returns feeSo I’m about 65£ down.. After putting in my order .. be very careful when ordering as you may end up with no gravel and a bill !!Poor

I ordered 4 bulk bags of Multi Spar Gravel 10mm for a job I was doing. The ordering process was simple and easy and delivery was on time.Very pleased with the service and would definitely use Decorative Aggregates again for any similer project.

Similarly to others reviewing here, the delivery service from this company is awful. Delivery arranged for a specific day to carry out work - labour and time off arranged… no delivery. Can’t get through on the phone, keep getting cut off. Eventually an email comes late afternoon to state it isn’t coming. Waste of my time and money.While I can accept there are sometimes delays and issues - there are customers reviewing here that have commented on the same issue over many many months. This clearly then isn’t an isolated problem that’s limited to recent weeks - it’s no good putting all the blame on a courier or the haulage network. The supplier bears responsibility to and have the contract with their customers. It’s the supplier who will incur wrath and loss of faith and orders from those customers.Decorative Aggregates clearly knows there are likely issues when accepting orders and customers money….

Con artist - nothing more - sent me a gravel instead of chippings - advised to wash down for the gravel to reach advertised chippings size. Chippings" we supposed to be 20mm - I received a slush of tiny pieces of 5mm sizeWebsite reviews are fabricated - cant leave the review. Not happy with the service provided. We received a tracking email stating it would be delivered friday (they do say allow several days for delivery but the tracking info said FRIDAY) so we organised help for that day. We waited in all day, eventually called them near the end of the day and they informed us delivery was now going to be Monday. They did not bother to inform us (it would have been really nice if they had and would not have written this review). The lady on the phone was not especially helpful and even suggested I should phone them on Monday to see what time the delivery would be - no chance of you contacting us then? I understand if there are difficulties - but you let the customer know - its only fair!

Perfect! Easy to order, customer service replied immediately to a query i had, great price, super delivery man just delivered my order in the morning on day i had chosen, placed it in great location and I am very happy with product. Would be happy to order again.

Excellent service! They had just the product I wanted, they delivered quickly and the driver was helpful and friendly. I will use them again and recommend them.

My review is real active to my own personal experience. Ordered 1 tonne small white cobbles in bags, great price compared to other companies, great quality, delivered on time, and on date specified, very friendly delivery, cannot fault this company based on my experience
