I shop here as I have 3 grandchildren, did a click send collect spent £70+ found a Teddy bear for my youngest, went to pay and was told if you spend £10 you can have the bear for £5 I said I had just collected my order of £70, and was told oh it doesn't count.

Fun shop with a good selection. Found some gifts to take back to Canada with us for our niece and nephew which they ended up loving! This shop reminds us a lot of Toys R Us here, but with a lot of product we can't find back home.

Great toy shop, a bit of everything you could imagine. They had a lovely staff member demonstrating a dinosaur play dough kit for children to have a go at which the little ones were really enjoying.

Very verrrrrry busy on a Saturday, so hard to move around and get through easily. Lots of toys and large selection which is great to see. The staff are kind and helpful which is great to see, and fortunately there are seats outside in the main area for anyone who needs a break from the madness haha

A decent sized Entertainer store. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the store is always clean and relatively tidy.I knock off a star as there is a little imbalance in stock. For example, I cannot find a soft ball for a toddler but I can choose from an entire aisle of Sylvanian Families. Or for example, they have just reduced their range of Lego by about 80%, yet I can get a Bum Wiggling Lama" right next to the entrance. Maybe they changed managers recently?..."
