My wife and I had the most wonderful experience when buying our first home thanks to the friendly service from Tybie and colleagues in both the Abergavenny and Crickhowell offices of Bidmead Cook. The whole process from our first viewing through the completion of the sale was a breeze, with support from the office staff regularly checking on the progress of the exchange of contracts, moving information, keys, etc. Such a pleasure to work with lovely people.

I started to rent a property with bidmead back in February I had another property lined up but was let down a week before moving in and had to find somewhere quick as I had to move out of my old property, but thanks to Emma bowen at bidmead I explained how urgent I needed a place and she did everything she could and beyond to help me out and found me the perfect property so quickly definitely the best customer service I have had from any estate agent. I will definitely be using bidmead cook again in the future.

This estate agent openly made racist remarks about a previous viewer who was putting an offer on the house we were looking at. Appalling.We also viewed several properties with them and were told “very popular, lots of offers already in” about properties that then stayed on the market for ages.Avoid at all costs. They belong back in the 90s
