I came for some air in the tires as it’s always good to keep the correct pressures otherwise it feel rough as anything.

Could do with a separate till for fuel only. If I'm in a hurry, it's annoying waiting for people to pay for a basket load of shopping.

Usually amazing staff but waited ages in a qué outside garage and the cue was at leave 9 people long and the staff that was on was slow the other staff member was trying to help but wow

The man working on shift tonight, at midnight, was excellent, he was abused horrifically by a customer before me despite doing nothing wrong and being very polite, but the customer abused him purely because he couldn't hear him (I could hear him fine) and I then spoke to him and he was one of the loveliest guys I've met, and a former nurse, so deserves to be respected, it's an absolute disgrace that he was treated the way he was and I wanted to put on record to management how brilliant he really is

There is no available toilets for customers which is an essential for petrol stations in my opinion

Poor space at pumps. Diesel spilt all over the forecourt, what a bloody mess. It’s now on my tyres reducing grip in an emergency braking situation.

E5 fuel available, well stocked shop and coffee machine. The elderly lady who I see in the daytime is is always polite and friendly and has a smile for you which nice. All of the mentioned are the reason its the only petrol station I use in Chesterfield.
