Shazia made an application to the Home Office on our behalf in December 2020. It has been well over a year and we have yet to receive our documents back.Last time we spoke to her she said she's made an appeal which clearly wasn't true because we rang the First-tier Tribunal and they confirmed they have no appeal in my name/representative's name.All attempts to contact her to send our original documents back after that have been futile hence, if anyone at the company can see this we ask that you return all our documents as soon possible to the address you have on record for us.We may have to result to legal actions to retrieve our documents if we do not get our documents back or do not hear from you promptly.

I was very pleased with the services that I received from Manchester Legal Services. The team were very professional and helpful. I would recommend their services to all my family and friends who needs help with immigration issues.

I would advice strongly against working with Shazia having experienced her approach to business and customer care. We have a formal compliant under process with the legal ombudsmen. The only thing I can be grateful of is that she only decided to scam us out of our money, luckily we found alternative legal help before her or her company could inflict any permanent damage on our family. Steer well clear!

The immigration solicitors here are the best. A very good quality about them is, they have all the time to listen to any issues you have.They are down to earth. Understanding and affordable.Call them and book appointment for a free Monday advice service.No matter your issues, they've a way out for you.

Absolutely embarrassing. You have 2 staff people who don't care in the world who comes and goes...no professionalism whatsoever.One of them with his earphones on listening to music and the other absolutely clueless what's going on.Very weird vibe in that waiting room.Then you have Shazia..omg..talk about giving advice to clients. You would think that get business in you would show compassion towards the person but not her. Eyes frowning everywhere..Very stock answers and no care in the world.And then as we leave she's gives us her business card. No thank you. Straight in the bin.Please don't go there...you will regret it and you will waste your time.

MLS has handled our complicated leave to remain application so professionally that I have no doubt in my mind to recommend her to all my family and friends' circle. Absolutely 5 star for experience, professionalism and commitment. Our case handler Ms Shazia Riaz has proved that experience does matter.

Avoid don't go! Specially avoid Shazia Raiz, and to be honest her staff good (Kenzel & Farhan) but the main problem with the solicitor Shazia, she is not helping her client and she is not honest with her client. Unfortunately she just care about the money she will get it.

I think previous reviews are just haters my experience with Manchester legal service was fantastic , from the moment I walked in .Ms Riaz was thoroughly professional explained everything with transparency.I felt comfortable leaving that my case will be dealt with professionalism.Thank you Manchester legal service would recommend you to others .
