Friendly and professional service. Had an eye test and a free hearing screener. No pressure to buy, but staff were happy to help me choose a pair of glasses to suit my face and budget. I was offered a cuppa while in store, and it's dog friendly too! Recommended.

Fantastic customer service. Very personal and thorough experience for both sight and hearing tests. Much more intimate than the usual big chains. Highly recommended and my new go to place for eye and ear checks!

Brilliant!!Very friendly, knowledgeable & professional staff. Unlike some of the alternative high street chains, my visit here was a pleasure, had a brew and even got to use the facilities which is hit and miss elsewhere. Would recommend to everyone for eye care and hearing wellbeing!!
