The work was carried out in the timescales agreed, and to a good standard. During the work, he communicated with progress reports and about any difficulties he encountered. Just had my first clean with Poppies! An extremely kind, caring and attentive service from A to Z. I had my initial visit about three weeks ago, where I got the chance to express my needs and areas of concern (mind you, I have never met any cleaner before who does this). I suffer a lot from allergies and hayfever, and could not manage to stay on top of things. Kuli offers specialist allergy-friendly/sensitive and high quality cleaning products. Sue was very kind and patient in order to find a day and time with mutual availability for regular cleaning. Today went by so swiftly, we recapped our action plan at the start and I went by in my day. When I came back I immediately could smell the stuffiness was gone, dust was no where to be found and the floors were sparkling. I am so happy that I now have a chance to focus on my work and wellbeing. Thank you Poppies for taking the worry out of never-ending cleaning chores and for an outstanding service!
