Got this for my parents golden wedding anniversary. It looks great until today when we went to put it together.the hole alignment doesn't align.the screws are to long so the arm does not sit flush to the dial. absolutely gutted. These should of been tested before being shipped out.

I purchased a Personalised 25th Wedding Anniversary Sundial as a gift for my husband. I contacted the company on several occasions with queries, and then with my product requirements. Carole at Metal Foundry Ltd, made my experience with the company stress free, and I felt that she really wanted to make sure I was entirely happy with the finished product. The Metal Foundry sundial is an absolutely wonderful piece of craftsmanship and a unique present for a landmark occasion. Whether buying for a spouse, or friends or family, it is not easy to find a special gift, particularly when the couple have been married for a long time so probably have everything they want, need or can find space for. The quality of customer service was also second to none. I bought the 10 inch sundial for my wife for our Ruby Wedding Anniversary and she described it as “fabulous”. She is a wonderful woman and not prone to exaggeration so this is praise indeed!
