Keep sending me invoices 6 months after the vehicle was collected. One minute it’s for the vehicle collection which was not in the contract, the next it’s for a chip in the windscreen that I had already had repaired before collection and sent them proof of repair. Absolutely disgusted. Never had any issues leasing through other companies. Avoid like the plague!!! It’s a shame as the broker (Evans Halshaw) have been brilliant and have been trying to help me resolve this, but I will never deal with Pendragon again after this. The car was immaculate and they would of made money on it, so why they are trying to bully money out of good customers is beyond me.

Returned my car in July 2021. I received an invoice dated 29th July 2021 for scratches on the car which i explained i demonstrated to the collection guy these were smudge marks that wiped off and was told these would be removed from the sheet, so when i received the invoice is was shocking that i had been charged for these!I emailed them to put the invoice into query, constantly chasing for weeks by email to be told via email the people i needed to speak to they couldn't get hold off! I tried calling every week different numbers with no answer.FINALLY i received a response yesterday, 9th September 2021, to be told via email the lack of communication was due to a person leaving, then by phone the lack of communication was due to the item marked as being dealt with even though the lady i was speaking to via email was emailing them on a weekly basis?! so i am unsure of the actual real reason.You can clearly see in a photo on a door the BIG difference between the white smudge mark and a small approx 0.1cm edge of the door where the paint has been scratched off which is silver so how they can claim that the white smudge marks are scratches is unbelievable!They have also pointed out that Mercedes passed my MOT incorrectly and this should have been a fail due to a cut in a wheel, so i will be taking this up with Mercedes as this must be illegal due to safety issues so i am unsure re. this.I am happy to pay for items that were damaged in my possession but to be charged for made up items is not on!Reading from reviews on google and trust pilot they seem to add items to bills incorrectly and without your knowledge.In all the years i have leased i have never had an issue like this - BEWARE DISHONEST COMPANY!

Wouldn't give this any stars if I had the chance!I sent them an email asking for the full report of my inspection upon collection in April 2021 - 13 months later without receiving a reply, and the odd statement being sent through, again with no report, I receive a request for payment within 7 days or legal action will be taken.The initial charges were initially £1000 for a missed service fee (due to COVID, so out of my control completely) and then upon challenging they decide to reduce to £175 - how? What basis did they use for this?! Just an attempt to try and eek every penny out of customers.Have also been asked to pay for door damage" that would likely have not been fixed before the car was sold on.Yet

A very worthwhile extended warrantee purchased on my combo life. Spoke directly with Paul D. Manager who dealt very quickly with my claim. Although I had to deal with york & rowlatt Wellingborough who may have turned me off buying a vauxhall again, Paul managed to offer me the service I had always used to recieve and expected. When I explained I had walk 8 miles home after leaving the car, he quickly arranged a curtesy car which was originally refused. And when I was told that my bill was going to be £4,000, and that there was no way I would be able to claim, I spoke with Paul who accepted responsibility. Just got my car back today after approx 2 months from when the fault happened. Just so thankful to Paul.

Not the best tbh. So many emails asking for clarification about the salary sacrifice scheme. Gave up in the end. Even asked to be called back, but nothing. There is a general number you can call, but they always refer to emailing them. Its like the Water cycle". Personally
