Had a really good experience with Apex. Really good customer service and will not be beaten on price. Cheapest quote compared to all other places I visited. Any left over grout/ tile clips were taken back with no hassle. Really recommend this place if you're looking for flooring for bathroom/kitchen/living room. 5 stars

I recently had my bathroom fitted. All my bathroom fixtures, fittings etc…were supplied by Apex.I had a bit of a plan of what type of bathroom I wanted, however the team at Apex, especially Chippy was there to help fine tune and recommend the best products suitable for my bathroom project. I wanted something affordable but also not compromising on quality.Having all my bathroom supplied by them was great as it took away the issues that people often face with delivery and supply.Now that my bathroom is fitted. It looks amazing thanks to Apex.Would definitely recommend Apex to anyone who is looking to get their bathroom renovated. They have lots of products to choose from and can work around your needs and requirements.They even recommended me a bathroom fitter, who was very professional!

Superb customer service from staff who provide honest thoughtful advice. They have an excellent range of tiles and batroom products to suit all budgets and they provide ecellent value. I was kept informed throughout on delivery dates and was vey pleased with the service recieved. Already recommended to friends and family who have also recieved the same quality customer service. A real independent local gem. Just goes to show you dont need to buy online to get the best price and customer service.

Was really impressed with the help and service. Didn’t feel pressured. The salesStaff were able to make suggestions. I ended up buying the wall tiles suggested to me they have a hint of brown in the marble affect not really shown in the photos . But I am very happy with the finished look.(I took in a floor tile and cabinet door for colour match. )

I recently had my bathroom renovated and I am so glad I went to Apex. Quality of product is 5*, the price is very reasonable and most importantly, the customer service is outstanding. I would highly recommend Apex Tiles and Bathroom Outlet. I recently had my bathroom refurbished and went to many outlets but the initial customer service I received from Apex blew me away. They were very professional and allowed you look around at every available product without being pushy. Once you were ready to talk to someone then they were very helpful making suggestions but allowing you make the decision. Their wide range of products along with the affordable prices made this outlet the best I had visited and this helped me to decision where I bought my products. The tiles are of the finest quality and I ended up buying everything from there. I went in not knowing what type of tiles to choose and what basin or shower would go with the tiles but came away very confident that I had made the right decision.
