HOBARTS Alexandra Park

After many years of renting my property through Hobarts of Ferme Park Road (Finsbury Park) as a very excellent rental agent, they recommended Hobarts of Alexandra Park for purposes of selling the property in Wood Green. I could not be happier with both branches' services in organising the transition from rental to sold property as smoothly as possible between them. At the Alexandra Park branch I dealt mostly with Kaush and a little bit with Chris. They were totally on the ball and totally professional throughout, making sure that no unnecessary time was wasted or undue frustration felt by buyer or seller alike while my longstanding tenants were engaged in the difficult process of finding a new place to live after 15 much appreciated years with me. It wasn't a simple transaction but Hobarts helped make it as easy as could be hoped in the circumstances. These are excellent people and I can recommend their services wholeheartedly.

Was selling a property with my ex back in 2021. We had plenty of viewers but majority were sadly time wasters. Having to arrange availability with work and timetables - this made it tricky.We were particularly annoyed with one individual who we accepted an offer from - only to discover the buyer couldn't afford the property in the end with months of exchanging correspondence.Not only time was wasted but also wasted solicitor fees. I did feel the estate agent handling our sale, was incapable of vetting candidates and was lacking in the required support/knowledge.Unfortunately I would not recommend.We ended up opting in for another estate agent who is more proactive and more knowledgeable on the market.

We bought a house advertised by Hobarts 8 years ago and sold the same house recently. Kaush managed both and was very professional throughout and supported us in the sale and purchase of our new house. As a local to Alexandra palace for 20 years it’s good to support local business that have been in the area a long time. I would fully recommend them.
