This is a scam!! Don’t use this company for anything, trying to take money off my account a year after I called them!

Requested a quote for a washing machine repair with them and when it said Id have to pay upfront I didn’t proceed. They have not stopped harassing me since by text, phone and email. Had to block them everywhere. Really wish Id never entered my details as I feel super uncomfortable with them having access to my information given their behaviour

Awful service. Honestly stay away from them. They will charge you just to have someone come tell you that something is broken. Payed 127 pounds for someone to tell me your washing machine is broken. You dont say?!Best you avoid em.

Do not go near this company and beware of this company; another person said that this is the call centre type company trying to sell you long warranties at the end, and I agree with himYou have to pay upfront. We paid £89 which was £40 discounted one for promotion; we stupidly thought it’s the great deal, but we were totally conned.Even we paid for seeing an engineer; we still had to wait for over a week to see him. When the engineer came, he confirmed the hob is not working (which we knew already) and the part of our electronic hob needs to be replace. He told it will cost around few hundred pounds, but will let us know the best quotation by next Monday.We waited until Tuesday but no one contacted us, so we had to spend over 90 minutes to talk someone through the phone to cancel.When that person who got the phone told that we now have to pay extra £40 as we don’t use them, even they never came back to us. At the end, we had to pay £129 for having the confirmation our hob is broken.

I have had the absolute worst experience with this Go Assist. First, they promised a repair within 48 hours and then it took them 1 week to send someone out. The repair person said he couldn’t find parking on the date so drove away and then charged for entire visit with no plan to re attend. There was parking around the corner. Just not on my street. The customer service was also horrendous. I will specially name Jake as being obstructive and unhelpful. No help or solutions were provided. To be charged the full amount for NO ONE to attend my property and significant delays is beyond outrageous. I can not advise against using this company enough. It has been the worst experience I have ever had with a company.

Absolutely awful company, you have to pay up front , waited 24 hours before someone arrived looked at problem stayed 10 minutes stating a new part was needed. Five days later and after numerous phone calls was told it would be a further £424.50. I cancelled the job and was told my original payment would not be refunded. Got the job done by another company at a cost of £65.00 !!!!!

Paid up front. Nobody turned up. Nobody called or texted. They took the money efficiently though.

Trust me, they are fraudsters!!!
