Absolutely brilliant, I was in agony & had tried for over 3 hours on phone on a Saturday morning to dentist after dentist to be told no, I was about to give up when I tried throne road surgery & they couldn’t be more helpful, I told them my problem & was told to go straight there for treatment & as it was almost closing time they even waited for me to get there, the treatment was painless & everything was explained to me as it was done. Fantastic team, thank you so much

Went for an emergency appointment, receptionist very friendly and was seen very quickly. Dentist not so much. I have a severe needle phobia which makes me reluctant/nervous about dentists, and for some reason he questioned it, belittled me, told me it was stupid and after I said to him that phobias are not logical and I couldn't help it he claimed to know all about phobias. Did not put me at ease at all. Gave me some antibiotics and that was that. So will still need to go back to a dentist. Will make sure to not go back here and wouldn't recommend after that experience.

i had not visited a dentist in almost 30 years due to my anxiety , they made me feel totally at ease all the way through my treatment, i know have dentures and my confidence is back i would highly recommend this place for everyone and even more so for very nervous people , thankyou to you all.

Absolutely fantastic job, dentist was really caring and the receptionist very polite and professinal, went from no teeth to full teeth in 1month, once again Thankyou very much

The staff at Bhandals were very friendly and helpful.I was welcomed by the receptionists which made me feel at ease.The dentist was honest, caring and compassionate.I have been to other dentists that didn’t really provide me with the level of care that I was hoping for.The difference with Bhandals is we also discussed a plan of treatment going forward. Not only does this show that they genuinely care but this also helps me with what I can do to maintain a healthy smile.Overall a great experience highly recommended what more could you want ?Thanks again Mr S Cole
