my type of people,they put considerable effort in mixing a paint now not available.and did a great mix with little to go on.othersplacesjust to much trouble to try. everything in future will be purchased from these.thanks tony and dog percy

Customer service wasn't the best.We went in to have some satinwood mixed in to match the emulsion paint we had on our walls.The lad at the till asked us if we wanted oil based or water based, but didn't really explain the differences or prices.Before we knew it, he'd ran off to mix it.Just felt like the process was rushed and were shocked at the £40 for a 2.5l tin of paint.

Very disappointed.I was there and asked about the colors, which is the best and they didn't know how to explain or they didn't want to.I do not recommend.I prefer B & Q.

Visited and was extremely disappointed with the man who served us. He was disinterested , leaned on the counter and told us the shop was losing money. I said oh dear but he seemed pleased and said good as he may get redundancy money! At his suggestion we went over the road to Brewers where we got excellent advice and purchased everything we needed and received excellent service and advice.

Good advice here as well as great paint. Helpful friendly staff. They even sell wallpaper! We return again and again.

Nice customer service. The staffs over there was too helpful and they have the knowledge about the paint and everything and suggested to which kind of paints and suitable. James and phill was too helpful and they were amazing to help us . So great thanks to those two who do the service in dulux
