15 minutes prior to closing time, my daughter wanted to buy some helium balloons. To let go in memory of her grandmother. She picked 3,then asked for them to be filled. She was told no. It was too close to closing time. Desperate for the balloons, she bought them anyway. At the till she was charged for the balloon and filling, so she insisted on them being filled. Staff were very rude and unhelpful and made a fuss. This is disgusting. Our shopping pays there wages. People don't realise prices cheaper at Aldi or Lidl on most things.

Cheap and cheerful! On a busy day, would be helpful to have more tills operating, or get some more self service checkouts!

Lots of choices, cheap price. Good range of products.

Paid parking nearby. Friendly staff. Good range of products, for personal and household needs. I especially come here for the clothing.

Left my change behind in self checkout tills, (with out realising)pushed for Time,so had Rush for bus,a customer very kindly handed change I left behind in.only to be informed by a rude manager Jade! Who will not give my change left behind back, company policy! Not sorry or anything!

I've never seen a store before where everything costs only £1!!! This shop is incredible. They have a full range of items from premium shampoos to high quality gardening materials.I will certainly be coming back, my only regret is that I only had a pound in my pocket when I turned up which meant I could only buy one item so I bought myself some codeine and was off on my way. Next time I'll be taking at least twice as much with me!Thank you Poundland!

This branch features the usual Poundland range of discount toiletries, homeware, food, and odds and ends.It also boasts a small selection of clothes should you be after a cheap pair of jeans or some t-shirts.Annoyingly, the self service machines are often out of action, so you may face a long queue.

This shop is a total hotspot for shoplifters.Numerous times i report clear thefts to the staff,but they will never challenge anybody.Totally understandable because they are not paid to be Security,and would never want to risk their lives.My complaint is with Anglia Square Security,who are never to be seen when thefts take place normally because they are having a good old mothers' meeting elsewhere.Rarely ever see anyone from security walking around all the shops looking for suspicious and in most cases blatantly obvious shoplifters.Even looking through the Iceland windows after dark ,i can spot shoplifters (they stand out like Belisha beacons),but yet again security are nowhere.Consequently,if you are a shoplifter come to Anglia Square and fill your bags/pockets/ underpants full .Actually,i do not mean this but security must wake up and smell the coffee.They are being paid to do f**k all.

One of the better branches in Norwich. More variety of stock and regular deliveries. Large clothing and food sections. Come mostly for children's art supplies.
