Wait times can be quite long, they seem to be understaffed but those who were there were really friendly and direct. Very grateful to have this service available

Go for a walk in for a legitimate reason... Needed to see them. And get turned away as they don't do walk ins anymore.... Earliest appointment is 4 days away.. My knob will prob of fallen off by then. Phone number just tells you to ring a list of other numbers . People just won't get tested anymore with out the walk in ...Well f%*%g done. Waste of my time"

Poor slow service. Un-knowledgeable outside of experience.If you visit, I guarantee you will see staff just chatting while you wait.

I was seen to very quickly, they do try to see as many people as they can and they do get very busy, so there may be a delay. Their staff are lovely and very friendly, I did not feel any judgement at all, and they make you feel comfortable whilst in the appoinment. They open at 9 but you can call from 8am onwards to make appointments.
