Dental HealthCare Suffolk

I don't do reviews normally. But today I was at very short notice seen by a real kind and nice dentist and assistant. I am wheelchair user and don't like going many places but all the staff are so helpful and willing to accommodate me. My tooth was infected and could not be saved. The Dentist and her assistant pulled my tooth out, it was done so calmly and nice. I was reassured at every point. Both the dentist and assistant made sure I was ok before I left for home as I had felt slightly light headed. I am so pleased that this place attends to my dental needs, they have great members of staff, they are all friendly and as a wheelchair user they accommodate me so well. Thank you once again.

Fantastic place, my daughter was so incredibly nervous about having her tooth out, and adamant she wasn't having it done. From the first visit she was put at ease like I've never seen before. Deborah and Louise were amazing. Its been extracted today and no tears at all! They were just brilliant. Clare Butler-Morgan

I was seen short notice on the weekend. The dentist was so kind & made me feel really relaxed, even though I have dental anxiety. The assistant was also very kind to me. Walked in with a painful abscess & now I'm feeling so much better!

Went in to today needing emergency dental care, after I broke a tooth in half while eating, the staff here are amazing, Mohamed my dentist went the extra mile. It wasn't the easiest of teeth to remove but after 30 minutes it was out and I'm feeling much better now...Thank You. If I could give 10 stars I would

I cant say enough good things about the staff here. They literally went the extra mile to help me today, when my son was in distress suffering severe dental pain.Special thanks go to Nurse Fiona Walsh, who came to meet me when I got lost, and made sure I knew how to get safely back on the road to Ipswich!Thankyou for your wonderful service!Greta (Shaun's Mum)

Attended here at the weekend through 111 as had a very loose and painful wisdom tooth that needed attention. Amazing service from start to finish. Dentist and dental nurse (sorry forgot your names) were great, very friendly, explained everything to me clearly that was going to happen. Tooth was removed. Now pain free, so thank you guys. Highly recommend.

My 10 year old was referred here, he was very anxious however the receptionist was so lovely from arriving made my son little less anxious as it’s so friendly from the start.We saw Dr Amy dentist and Jenna dental nurse who were both so lovely, kind, and made my son so much at ease, they were both so informative on how too keep teeth healthy we didn’t feel rushed or judged because our 10 year old did have some problems. We have 2 more appointments extraction and fillings and my son on way home felt so much better going back. Amy explained everything to him and Jenna kindly showed my son what the gas and air mouthpiece will look like such great care from the moment we walked in :)

I had alot of work needing to be done, my first official work was today and I just want to say Joseph and the lovely lady working together were just incredible. As someone with minierse disease they were compassionate and understanding of my needs to not completely lay my head back. They both worked so well together and kept me feeling at ease while my teeth were getting cleaned, if I had any questions Joseph would happily answer them and ah I forgot her name but she was great at talking to me and having a little laugh while the work was being carried out very professionally.
