Absolutely terrible. I needed an emergency appointment NHS direct sent me too this dentist with a reference number, because it is the closest one to me. The reception is wasn't very helpful and was rude, as soon as I mentioned what was wrong she said we are not taking anyone today and hung up. I then rang back and asked if she had any appointments and said no because I'm not registered, I said NHS direct told me to ring with my reference number she then said we'll she will have to double check. To me it felt like she couldn't be bothered to help or have any concern for an emercancy. I wouldn't recommend this place even if you were registered there.

Really good dentist, thoughtful and well mannered, my experience from the helpful receptionist to the kind detail nurse and dentist is that it although not a pleasant experience, tooth ache, after all,they did everything to relieve my pain and anxiety and I left feeling a little numb but pain free ,cant not recommended this dentist enought ,

I attended an emergency appointment yesterday at this surgery, due to an abscess.After some difficulty, getting an appt initially, I can not fault the friendly staff, all pleasant and smiling.I ended up having a tooth extraction, effective communication and support maintained throughout the procedure. I was a new patient at the practice, nurses are very welcoming and helpful. Very clean and tidy practice, and for an nhs practice the waiting list wasn’t that long. Would highly recommend!

This dentist will cause you more problems, extremely rough and careless. Manager is also very rude and has a bad attitude.
