Bought a ham sandwich. It was cold and tasteless. Would have been better off eating crackers and tea. Overpriced food and not particularly tasty.

Kazimir was so lovely and really made us feel welcome. We were especially grateful for his kindness because we had just been bumped from an oversold BA flight. Positive energy is contagious and those who spread it should be celebrated.

We were made welcome in Amy's bar (upstairs by Hilton reception) from the moment we arrived until when we left. Huge thanks to Hugo and Zain who ensured we were happy and always had drinks and food when needed. Special thanks to Hugo though who took a genuine interest in where we were going and also gave us recommendations and tips when we asked - and very helpful they were. We saw them talking to and helping everyone in the bar, they were going above and beyond, creating a welcoming and happy environment. We look forward to returning.

Extremely slow service and overpriced

Absolute shambles. £180 for the night. Paid for food at 22:00, waited an hour in restaurant, they said go to your room and have to wait for room service. Another 30 mins later no knock. We ordered 2 panini’s. It’s now 23:30, have to be up at 4:00am for a flight. No refund or food. Would never come again.

Staff seemed nice but service a bit erratic. Food was inconsistent (good Caesar salad but avoid the club sandwich with your life). Cutlery non-existent until 3rd request.

We waited for 45 minutes to get our order. No one every came to take our order, couldn't even get their attention cause they wouldnt even come near the table. Never ordered anything, we just left. They need more staff.

We had the most amazing experience here ahead of holiday. The service was impeccable and we were very well looked after. We only had pizzas but they were very good and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.

Extremadamente lento. Ni siquiera atienden en las mesas. Tienes que ir tu a pedir. Caro y lento. Pedi una pizza sin champiñones y tardo mas de 40min en venir y la trajeron con champiñones. Habia mas gente quejandose por el poco servicio y lentro. Desastre.
