I walked into the shop and asked if I could get some advice regarding an issue with my graphics card . Ahmed was really helpful and had a thorough conversation with me about what the potential issues could be and which steps to take to troubleshoot this.Very friendly and offered to help me free of charge, will definitely be coming back to Acronym Computers in the future!

Great service. I had a really good laptop (10 years old) and was using it for everything, including mixing business with gaming, but I was locked out after a driver update and couldn't get back in. I took the laptop to Othman who explained why my laptop had locked up and gave me some really solid advise. He showed me some of his reconditioned laptops where he was able to access my files and transfer them all to one of those machines for me. We agreed on one of the laptops and the next day it was ready, with my files on there! Othman even handed me back my old hard drive which he said was in good condition and could be used as a back up hard drive.I'm really happy with the service, I'd never used Acronym Computers before, but they now have a loyal customer in me.Thank you Othman.

I waited a year of owning my laptop purchased there, before coming here to write this review!Othman & team are good businessmen, they pride themselves on good service, they are happy to listen to each customer's needs and then tailor their product and service accordingly...When our transaction hit an obstacle (it happens with computers), I was careful to be patient and polite and thus was able to make an adjustment to the deal struck prior. The guys are flexible and want to send their customers away happy.They deserve your custom. My PC was fried and I had lost all hope. Less than 24 hours later it came back to me better than new. Acronym are incredible. I had a long in-depth talk with three of the staff including the owner Othman at their shop. I will never use anyone else again and if I have to wait a month of Sundays to be seen to, I WILL WAIT MY TURN !

Acronym Computers have been outstanding, having preformed routine maintenance and cleaning due to age and dust causing issues which on my first pc which was to a absolute top standard and far beyond what I could have expected, after building my second I bought it in having experienced PSU issues, with the hope of fixing it without a full replacement. Unfortunately through no fault of there own that wasn't possible but they have been wonderful in assisting in it's replacement, with total transparency about expensing and pricing of new parts which has always been a concern to me with other repair shops, they've been outstanding from a customer service point of view and I couldn't recommend them more, sometimes general pc building enthusiast knowledge isn't always enough and they have been nothing but kind professional and understanding. A truly amazing local business!

If NO stars was an option I'd leave no stars closed when sign says open called and they said they would be 5/10 mins were still waiting now for them to turn up I've had 6 birthdays waiting

The team at Acronym Computers were incredibly helpful in fixing my MacBook Pro. The internal repair, which would have taken a week was done in two days! My laptop works great again and even better than before. They were attentive and talked to through everything that needed to be done. They offer students a 10% discount and they went ahead and fixed the speakers free of charge! They also don't charge or require a diagnostic fee like other places.
