Just had our cockapoo Jenson in for his first ever groom, I was put at ease straight away from speaking on the phone I knew he would be well looked after.He went in a fluffy puppy and came out a big boy dog, he is very nervous with new people but when I collected him he was very happy and seemed to have enjoyed the experience.Highly recommended.Thank you so much....Garry / Jenson..

Brought our springer, Harry, here for the first time this morning. He looks fantastic! The owner explained clearly what he needed, and he actually needed less than we thought. So the bill was less than we expected. Thanks for an excellent job. We will be back!!

Have used the grooming room twice now for trimming my old Springer both times I have been more than pleased with the results would definitely recommend.

Not happy that my little girl has had her tail cut so short! Why! She is a Lhasa Apso and her tail was lovely 2 inch short in places 1 hour 45 mins for what looked like a rush job To add they were dropped off at 2pm and picked up at 5.30pm so that’s half hour longer than you quoted! Maths so they should not have been rushed should they , Betty was not in the state you said and it’s bad you carnt take criticism! Do you want me to put photos on of Betty’s tail! And there was nothing at all rong with her tail ! Dog owners be aware of this 3 and half hours and she has just said she rushed as my husband was picking them up ! Yes at the time stated 3 hours 2 small dogs not 3 and half hours that’s why he phoned silly!

Took Cooper for a pamper and he was returned looking extra shiny and very pleased with himself. All done for a reasonable price. Highly recommended.
