DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM.I booked for a pcr test 24hr result with certification for £49. However the booking failed but the payment still went out. I thought let me wait because on my bank account it was a pending transaction so I said I will wait for it to bounce back in my account, I called Doc Health to to double check the booking was indeed failed and payment, and the lady said yes booking failed no payment has gone through.Waking up this morning to find my account credit and now in negative balance because Doc health took the money out and booking failed I was so shocked and annoyed. I called Doc health and was told they didn’t receive any payment I must call my bank. Called my bank and they said payment has definitely been authorised this money 27/07/22 called Doc health back and he still tried telling me nothing has gone through and now he told he will call back after consulting with the finance team. I’m so upset, please don’t book with them.

Very quick and we were allowed to get our PCR test early. Staff was nice as well.

25 pounds for cancellation, plus I have been told to wait 7 to 10 days to get refund, the guy on the phone never told me there’s cancellation fee.Rip off avoid

Admin fee of£15 to cancel a test! Disgusted by this. Never again will I be using these people
