Bought a van go air tent 18 months ago with a 2 year gaurentee was faulty as tent sleeve tore along zip lineReported it as it tore the sleeve inside and the tube herniatedWas told I would be covered they then backtracked and said no once agin backtracked and said I would get a replace my tube and sleeveBut never called me backNot a good service from KingstonTry alternative if you can

Really strange concept store, every item has 3-4 prices on it. Took a pair trousers to the till that were marked £17 and they were £60. Got another pair instead that were marked £24 and was told they actually £33 unless I paid £5 for membership then I could get them for £24. It’s like a lucky dip and exciting to see what price the till finally rings up.

Shocking service. Purchased a bike online and was faulty. told must return to store for inspection. after one week the store left me a voicemail saying they had lost the receipt for the item and needed another copy - Tried to call the store back for 4 days and no one answered the phone. Called head office again and they acted as a middle man but also mentioned all the info was on my account and the store could have just downloaded it. after having the faulty item nearly three weeks and constantly calling the item was still not repaired. 5 weeks after ordering the bike the store decided to replace the rear wheel with one off a different bike. Honestly the worse service ive ever had. when collecting the item today the sales advisor rolled his eyes when i said what i was collecting. and went away to get the part literally removing it from a new bike in the store. cost mem over £30 in parking fees parking and returning an online item that i specifically purchased online because i don't live near a store. wont use them again and 100% wouldn't recommend purchasing a bike from them go to a proper bike store like evans or halfords etc

Good shop. Very friendly staff. They have a very good range of outdoors stuff. There is a £5 go outdoors card that you can buy, which gives you substantial discounts. However, do check prices elsewhere as many a times, the prices highlighted with discounts are already available without.

Great outdoor shop. Doesn't look large from the outside but it's huge actually. Everything for a one day hike to some serious multi day tracking stuff. Mix of cheaper and expensive brands

Dustin is an amazing bike engineer and helper. He takes care of us to find the right bike for my son. I am very appreciative of his work

Great service, was upsold the Members card by a young lad with some cool arm tattoos (I did ask his name but promptly forgot), saving me about 15% on my order. Would go again, if this is the standard.
