Direct Wood Flooring

I have used DWF before. Very helpful staff (Ian), competitive prices. The best thing is that the flooring manufacturers don't change that quick, especially when I need one more pack to complete a floor that previously had a bath in it (bought the 1st lot in 2020).

Went in store Friday, staff very helpful. Karl had a vast range of knowledge regarding products. Clean and tidy store - highly recommend

Delivery was a day late but I didn’t get informed until late in the day it was suppose to arrive. The flooring turned up damaged. It’s absolutely impossible to get hold of anyone at this company, they haven’t answered their “contact us” pages, or WhatsApp option and I gave up after being on hold for 40 minutes via the phone, and they have a “call back” service that they haven’t called called back on. They have good reviews so presumably I was unlucky but I certainly won’t be using again and would advise anyone to shop around before using.James Smith

Absolute joke this place.No help in store from anyone. The wrong product supplied at the beginning of Dec as a result had an awful Xmas because I couldn't get the room finished. The replacement product was wrong. They don't even have a phone number for their own customer service.Really don't care about the customer once they have your money.Had to put up with mis matching product as no one knows wat they are doing. Not even willing to admit fault or compensate in any way. Avoid as all cost.

We use Direct Wood flooring 5 years ago to do our kitchen and it's been perfect, not a single issue with it. Now we're doing other rooms we recently visited and it was nice to see Ian, who we dealt with last time, is still there. Very helpful and gave great advice based on our needs, I would always recommend.

AVOID - The quality of products in store and the customer service in store was great.The issue is they do not care for the products being delivered. Not adequately packaged and arrived damaged on both occasions. Even after being promised the goods would be checked before sending out the second time. This delayed our project finishing on time.We decided to go elsewhere for the products and getting a full refund was equally as difficult. After care is over online chat only and on numerous occasions they mis understood the request and it took a lot of effort to get our money back.Avoid and go elsewhere!

Have Evo-core premium fitted in hallway and kitchen. Wow what a great product, so low maintenance!!
