Got a quick post-gig meal here from this little “hole in the wall” takeaway. Our server was a friendly chap.Amazing, delicious kebab food, served super quick. Took it back to our hotel room next door at Pentahotels, wish I could find somewhere as good as this at my hometown in Bournemouth! Can’t believe it’s open 24/7 as well!I’d highly recommend the chicken shawarma platter!

A small place, a bit hard to find and takeaway only. The prices were not very competitive from my point of view. Ordered a mixed meat platter, which cost more than 10 pounds. Surprisingly, the platter came in a square box! It looked like a pizza box but actually much softer, not easy to eat while holding the box by hands.The foods were okay, but I would call it Doner Hub instead of Shaorma Hub. Definitely not Shawarma, more like Doner Kebab. For me, lamb meat could get 4 stars while chicken 3 stars. Large portion but lukewarm apart from the rice, better to finish everything quickly. The foods could be nasty after turning cold.The staff was a bit cold but patient. The service speed was average. Thanks to the staff, I got both fries and rice. The fries were tasty but the rice had a weird taste. Looked like yellow Middle Eastern rice, but tasted very different and I would not call it delicious. Salads were okay, coming with a variety of sauces and powders.Goods and bads both exist. I would say 3 stars should be appropriate.

I am absolutely livid at the quality of food from here. At first sight dealing with the very rude man serving, I maintained my manners and hoped the food would be nice so if he was having a bad day. I won’t contribute. I went there today as I was craving shawarma and this was the closest and it was open. I went at 9pm. I have never been served stone cold food. The food was not fresh. I got about 10 pieces of precooked cold stale fries. The chicken was cold. The portions are ridiculously small. So not only was the customer service absolutely appealing, the food was absolutely vile. I have never tasted anything so vile in my whole 30 years! I will NEVER able returning!

Definitely the worst fries I've ever eaten in my life. If you don't believe me, try it for yourself. 2 stars because the wrap was just about passable.
